Dodge Dakota Panel Problem
The electro luminescent panel used for the backlight to the gauge cluster has stopped working. All other lights and gauge cluster items work fine, just the backlighting is out. It will occasionally come on so i suspect that the inverter is bad and needs replacing.
Is there any information available for the specs on the factory inverter? I'm particularly looking for the electrical output. Also, where is it located? Is it part of the instrument cluster or tucked away behind a trim panel somewhere.
Thanks in advance.
