I REPLACED MY BATTERY ON MY 2007 DODGE CHARGER RT NOW MY ABS, ESP/BAS, AND TRACTION CONTROL LIGHT ARE ON. CAN I TURN THEM OFF WITHOUT GOING TO A DEALER?

Try erasing it with a scantool or go to Autozone and have it done free-disconnecting the battery will cause the computer to lose its memory, this is what you're face with-
