Turn signal problems?

Thanks for the reply on my queries on the steering wheel subject. I also have another problem on my signal light, I have tried changing bulbs on rear as it was not blinking and so infront and inside is blinking so fast but outside no light at all. Fuse are all ok, what is the problem here. Thanks!

This could be a number of issues. First it could be another bulb that you did not change. Also, this could be a control module issue and on this vehicle that is a TIPM. However, we need to start from the beginning and run through these guides and find out if the basic items are causing this:
