The car alarm started going off on its own accord and won't stop, key fob did open the car and was fine but now they won't even open it. you can open tbe car manually from tbe passengers side but once you're in you can't start the car to try to cancel the alarm. Have tried disconnecting the battery and taking it for a ling drive and was fine after the drive for about an hour but it started again so I now have a car without the battery connected as that was the only way to stop it. please help!
