Citroen C5 Engine Problem
My citroen c5 was swamped by a passing lorry during the recent floods it has been running rough on start up ever since. it settles after the engine has run for a few minutes. what could be the problem?

I would start with a scan for any unresolved fault codes, it may not have anything to do with the water, as this would normally dry out after a short time.
