2007 Chevrolet Silverado Repair Question

Starting problems
I have a 2007 chevy silverado, engine will not turn over, check battery it checks good, Check fuses, all my power windows, locks and inside light won't work, insturment lights come on and go off normally,only warning i get in the DIC window is service air bags, truck was fine from last night till this morning. What can be the problem

When multiple issues, I pick one circuit and test. Fixing one issue may or may not fix everything else? In the diagram, use a voltage tester at the circuit breaker, any voltage, should be hot all the time.
