I have a 2007 chevy cobalt, it is starting hard and idling very rough. it is also smoking out of the tail pipe. It smells of unburned gas when it is running, when I can get it to turn over. My check engine light is also on, and when I am driving it is blinking. It also has lost power and acceloration.

If you can limp him on down to a popular auto parts store....They can, MOST OF THE TIME, scan for your codes (For Free!!!! Might call ahead 1st!) Return here with them, and PROTECH1980 will Square you Away!!!!--We like mega detail too...like, "Jim-bob" and "John-Boy" turned those screws, we poured this in it, its been doing this ever since the "Incident".......Usually we get these "Surprises" after 10 answers, after we are bald (from pulling our hair out!) --The Medic
