2007 BMW 530i Repair Question

Lights
I have 2007 BMW 530i. The lights will not flash when I lock and unlock car. I went into the command center to see if I could turn in on but it would not allow me to do so. Is it a fuse problem or something more serious?

It is in car/key memory and requires a trip to the dealer.
