2007 Audi A4 Repair Question

Audi A4 Dealer Problem
I can't pump gas the auto shut off keeps happening. I get about a gallon in and stops. I contacted the dealer and they said they've never heard of such a thing.

Never heard of such a thing if your vent valve has a problem or the tube is clogged that could happen.Do you have any codes in the computer?
