Hi, I have a 2007 audi a4 2.0 tdi 170ps,
The emission control light is not illuminating with other ignition lights and car will turn over but not start.
Only when this light illuminates will car start.

There is a fault with the control system and you would need a scan tool to assist in diagosing the problem as there are too many possibilities.

Check the wiring diagram if there is an ECM relay... scan tool won't
help if the ECM isn't powering up.
