2006 Volvo S40 Repair Question

Why does my car trunk or boot not opening? are they any fuse for electricity to the trunk lock because i can see some electric cables to the lock?
Last friday i opened it and placed my laptop into the trunk but when i later tried to open it it failed even today? i tried valet opening it failed also.
the boot lock is clean and i just oiled it last month.
the boot is like connected to the central locking system but i cannot see its fuse or may be the fuse is not named 'central locking'.

Start by checking the trunk handle switch, trunk lid and tailgate locking unit and the central electronic module-check fuses-see below
