Volkswagen Golf Fuel pump Problem
While driving my car shuts off. checked alltanator new battery changed fuel filter i can hear mt fuel pump singing do i need to change fuel pump or can it be something else.

What engine?
Could be fuel pump, but the only way to know is to do a pressure and flow test as well as a current ramping test.
