Vauxhall Vectra Engine Problem

My car has starting problem hwen the weather is hot or if engine is not properly hot means when i drive for 5 mins, turn off and try turning on again. I have to turn the ignition on for 15 secs and then off, repat this process 3-4 times and car starts fine.

in cold weathe (temp less tha 3 degrees) if i leave the igination on for 9 secs and try turning on it starts fine. finally when it starts it blows a lot of white smoke.

any help would be aprreciated
