How to tune in radio stations permanently

Do you mean how to set the presets so you can press 1-5 for your favorite stations, or do you mean you select a station, but it goes back to some factory default setting after you turn the ignition switch off and back on? Does the clock go back to 12:00 each time you turn on the ignition switch?
