2006 Suzuki Forenza Repair Question

2006 suzuki forenza wont turn over
2006 suzuki forenza won't start. Jump starting the car doesn't help. The car won't turn over. There's a loud alarm buzzing from by the dash, the buzzing seems to maybe be coming from the steering column. There's no spark or attempt at spark. No sound is made from under the hood.

No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs,coil's resistances,cap and rotor,distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors and computer Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it and keep testing

The car starts but very weakly now. Its almost like a weak charger.
