2006 Suzuki Forenza Check engine light on

My daughters car seems to jerk while driving just started when the check light came on. We already changed gas cap.

Gas cap? Why? What trouble codes did you get from the car's computer?

I haven't had that checked yet. I just you might have some kind of answer for the forenza to jerk.

It could be several things. What I suggest is to have the computer scanned to see what trouble codes are stored. That should point us to the issue. Most nationally recognized parts stores will scan it for free.
