I've got a 2006 Tribeca with Blower Fan or Switch issues - both heat and AC are affected. The electronic display indicates the fan should be running but it's not. Occasionally the fan comes on, but it's random and infrequent. Subaru Service says the dashboard needs to be pulled to troubleshoot and fix ($$$), is this true? Any clues?
