2006 Subaru Forester Repair Question

Subaru Forester Grill Problem
Left headlight assembly contains water. Still works, but will need to be either replaced or fixed. What steps are to be taken to remove entire assembly? Does entire grill assembly need to come off?

Yes, you need to remove the grille/bumper to get at bolts behind them.
