Car smells like an electrical short
My car wont turn on at all it will not turn the lights on nor anything no noise comes out of it or anything its like it has no battery nor alternator or started it also smells like there is electrical short or something what could this be.

The smell is melted wires somewhere. It needs to be thoroughly inspected.
