My saab diesel auto wont start.
when you turn the key in the ignition, the car goes through its diagnostic check and displays 'traction control failure-contact service'. All lights, windows, power seats work ok. But if you try power hood, thats not working. Also if you turn ignition key nothing happens. Not even a 'click'. Anyideas please?

DID U SPILL ANY THING NEAR THE IGNITION, BEST TO GET CODES READ SOUNDS LIKE A BAD IGN SWITCH MODULE, OR STEERING COLUMN LOCK MODULE, SO THE BEST THING IS TO GET THE CODES FROM SYSTEM, SORRY, GOOD LUCK.

Hi, thanks for your reply.I have been to a auto electrician. The fault seems to be there is no earth through relay No.7. Either a new ecu  800+ labour or a small switch fitted on the dash to earth the relay  90.I opted for the switch. Seems ok for now
