Pontiac Grand Prix Heater Problem

I'm having a problem with the heat blowing warm to cold air won't get hot I've changed the thermostat and bled the system but one of the lower hose coming from heater core is cold most of the time while the rest are piping hot that same hose gets a little warm when I give car rpms but can't get heat to stay hot what do I do

Since one of the heater hoses is staying cold, I recommend flushing the heater core.
