Than how would i go about avoiding the trans overheating and start future trans failure? do i buy a bigger fan? or upgrade my trans internals? any rough $$ estimate on trans internal upgrades near cleveland ohio?

Have the transmission flushed and the filter changed. If it's overheating(are you sure it's the trans overheating and not the engine?), most likely there is slippage inside the transmission and it probably needs to be adjusted.
The price to install a trans cooler will depend on the labor rate. It shouldn't take more than an hour. But can easily be done at home.
