2006 Nissan Tiida drive speed problem

The car can not move more than speed of 60km/h and I do not the problem to fix.
Please tell me likely what wrong with the motor.

Id start with the basics. Plugs, wires, fuel and air filters. If these were recently done, then is there any kind of engine light on? Do you notice any burning smells when you stop the car?
