Low beam headlights don't work

Low beam headlights won't go on. High beam, fog, directional all working fine. Can this be a fuse?

You may have a bad switch or possibly the headlight relay.
check out the guide below on testing relays, also attached is the headlight schematic so you can see all the items involved
