2006 Mercury Milan Repair Question

Why would it keep blowing the fuse on the plug coil
I have replaced the coil,but the same one keeps getting hot and blowing fuses,it is not firing right ,you can unplug it and the motor doesnt change

sounds maybe a wiring or ECM problem?
