I have an 06 mercury milan that the cooling fan wont start and its new what can make it not run? Could it be a relay cuz when i had it at the shop all the relays and fuses were stolen and my dad went and got some from a wreck truck that he had and put them on it was a ford truck please your help will be appreciated armando
