Hvac issues.
When I start my car up and turn on ac or heater, it blows out nothing as if it's congested/clogged on all cycle modes and will do this for like 5 minutes then blow out as normal for a few minutes then back to congested/clogged blowing. What can be causing this and how to fix it?

Check and test the blower motor relay/blower motor harness if okay Have the HVAC control module checked out-

@rasmataz. How to test relay n harness? And where to get replacements?
