My car gives out black smoke all the time. i took it for a long drive on the motorway to burn out dirt and fumes, which helped for a day but now it is still smoking and does not build speed fast enough in gear 1,2, and 3. sometimes i have to keep the clutch down to stop it from shaking as it slowly builds the speed to match the gear.
