I put 10Lt of petrol into my MB E320 diesel 2 weeks ago. I never drove it. I had the car taken to a garage to have the tank removed and cleaned. This was done OK. 3 days ago my engine management light came on the garage put it on there machine and cleared it but the power through the gears is no longer there and the kick down does not work on the auto box. Can someone let me know what I have to do to make it right again as I thought by removing the engine management light warning and resetting it would have also fixed the power through the gear box.
