Blower Motor Access on Lexus ES 330

Blower Motor vibrates dashboard when placed on high (5) setting. Lower settings it does not happen. Seems to be the blower motor may not be secure. How do I access the blower motor in a 2006 Lexus ES 330?

REMOVE HEATER TO FOOT DUCT NO.1 (See OVERHAUL )
REMOVE BLOWER ASSY (See OVERHAUL )
REMOVE AIR REFINER ELEMENT
REMOVE COWL WIRE NO.2
Remove the clamp and cowl wire No.2.

REMOVE RECIRCULATION DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSY
Remove the 3 screws and recirculation damper servo sub-assy.

REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL NO.3 WIRE
Disconnect the connectors, remove the 2 clamps and instrument panel No. 3 wire.

REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR CONTROL
Remove the 2 screws and blower motor control.

REMOVE BLOWER W/FAN MOTOR SUB-ASSY
Remove the 3 screws and blower w/fan motor sub-assy.
