The dial that opens the roof window is not working correctly. Last year it wasn't closing & I learned that you push up on the dial to reset it. That fixed it. Now when I turn the dial to either full open or tilt open neither works. I now have push the dial up to make it operate. It is not restting. Any suggestions?
