2006 Lexus IS 250 Repair Question

Lexus IS 250 Dealer Problem
I am looking into purchasing this car from a dealership, the salesman says there are no problems except for a servo noise when speed shifting from 2nd to 3rd gear. Is this something I should worry about?

I would have them repair it before purchasing it. If they won't, then I would stay away from it.
