2006 Kia Sportage Repair Question

2006 Kia Sportage sun visor
My 2006 Kia Sportage driver side sun visor hangs down and will not stay up. I have had it replaced once before by the dealership. Can you tell me how to replace the visor? I am out of the warranty period and do not want to pay the money to have the dealer install another one.

Mine did the same thing and it cost me $88.00 to buy a new visor. Then they wanted to charge me another 30 to install it, I said, "no thanks" but now I am trying to put it in myself and have to clue how.
