Heating
In the summer blower fan wont work if too hot that day and will not seem to work on a really cold day except if i am riding for a while, then it seems like hot air will blow out for a little while then stop. Could this be the blower switch, a fuse, or antifreeze, electrical. When it does work it works really well as it should. Is there a short in a wire?

It could be a failing fan motor.
When motor fails to work, give the blower motor housing some banging with your hands and if the motor starts up, it is due for replacement.
If not, you would have to start wih diagnosis of the blower motor circuit.
