2006 Kia Spectra Repair Question

Car making noises
When I put my foot on the gas peddle and the car is in motion it sounds like wind is blowing into something...or like static off an AM radio station. Do you know what that can be?

Check that there is not a crack in the induction pipe from the air cleaner and that the air cleaner lid is clipped down, start here.
