Thats a vauge question there are a endless number of things that could happen. If only it were that easy to diagnose a bad computer. Lets start with what is your car doing?

Well started didn't turn and well the owner put negative with positve to pass energy to the battry after the car made real bad gear changes, well after that the car turns off, when you try to turn it on it does but you put on the 'D' is car shakes it run very slowy and going to like a real small hill turns off and only makes it to fist gear and turns off

The codes are starting points for diagnose there are a couple of codes here and there that will say to replace a computer if the code sets. But thats not the norm you have to get in there and elimante everything else untill nothing else is left to find a bad computer. Thats what I do before I even think about a bad computer could be causing a certain problem.

I would think this is more of an engine rather than transmission fault.

What scares me is they said this happened after a jump start. The first thing that comes to mind for the power being so low and not shifting is a plugged cat. But that shouldnt have started after a jump start.A bad alternator or battery came to mind too but they said that tested good also would make sense for having to jump start the car.

I went to autozone told me both were good, but the problems started after the owner put the negative with postive cables to the battery, I took it to one auto mechainc told me gas pump he said it was good after checking other things told me the values are bad and have diffrent readings, I went to a second auto mechainc told me the same the gas pump he checked it and said it was good. The resond I think is the trasmission control is because after puting the cable wrong the problems started with the gears to be bad after about 2 weeks the car the car faild and it only turn on shakes when I put 'D' and runs really slow after almost going to 2 gear turns off.

Sorry for the wrong information at the first question. I know it makes no sense to jump start, but I jump started it when the car didn't turn on then having an accident with the cables, after that I did take the battery and alternator to auto zone to check and tested good, I hope this information helps now.

Thats what I asking from the begining if you jumped it backwards. That can damage a computer or if your lucky blow some fuses or fuseable links.

P0650 = Fault with the MIL. Is the MIL showing when ignition switch is turned on?
