It only works on the highest speed? If so it could be a bad blower motor resistor.Do you have a multimeter to.do.some.testing?Also do you have auto climate control or manual one?

It's a manual climate control. I do not have multimeter. So is tht a fuze or just by a new blower motor

If it works on high the blower motor fuse and relay are good.Sounds like a bad blower resistor but without some.testing dont know for sure. You need a multi meter to do some testing.

Again we need to test before we fix even if i was there i would have to do some testing with a multi meter before i replaced anything.Otherwise its just called guessing i dont like to guess.
