Jeep Commander Rpm Problem

When coming to a stop at a light, my jeep turns off. I noticed RPMs are at 500 on idle, and dip down to 400 and back up to 600, before stopping at 500 RPMs when making a stop. When I come to a stop, and it turns off it drops to 0 RPMs. Ive changed the Idle Air Control And Throttle Sensor. NO ERROR CODES EITHER.
