SQUEL, WHISTLE
I HAVE AN AIR CONDITIONER FAN SQUELING, IT ONLY SQUELS WHEN ITS ON AND SOMETIMES IT QUITS FOR AWHILE THEN CONTINUES TO SQUEL. HOW TO FIX.?HOW MUCH FOR MECHANIC?

The motor is failing and has to be replaced.
