2006 Jeep Cherokee Repair Question

Back window does not work
Electric window wont' go up again. How to fix the cable? we have the inside panel off, and the speaker off, etc, but cannot get to the pulley to restring the cable.... what is the procedure?

cant re string the regulator. it has to be replaced. get a new regulator with a motor.
