Driver seat heater does not shut off. Lights in middle console (switches) indicate that the seat heater is not on. Want to disconnect the heater - not fix it. Can I simply pull a fuse? If so, please advise on it's location. Can I just disconnect the wires on the on/off switch and put electrical tape around them? Thanks, Robert

Pulling a fuse might affct other components sharing it.
Either you pull the relay or disconnect the switch.

The switch should have a connector and disconnecting it should be sufficient, not necessary to tape it unless the connector is damaged and you have wires exposed.
