I have reached 100k what kind of tuneup do I need?

I have a 2006 hyundai tiburon, when I start going 50mph my car starts to shake and when I come to a complete stop it****** back a little. How can I fix this? Also I have lost alot of power.

Oil change.
Transmission fluid (and filter if A/T) change.
Air and fuel filters changed.
Timing belt.
Drive/serpentine belt.
Rotate and balance tires.
Inspect brakes and suspension.
Check shocks and struts for leaks and oscillation control.
Personally I would also flush the brake system and power steering fluid.

Check for vacuum leaks. Run a bottle of fuel system cleaner through the tank.
