2006 hyundai sonata w/washer pump not working. No sound when switched on and no washer icon appears on dashboard to indicate low fluid. Reservoir is full, w/wipers work.

You would have to test for power arriving at the pump itself. It's likely a bad pump.

Remove the washer tank. It's attached to the bottom.
