Sounds like a very odd problem, but if u have had any replacement brake light bulbs lately i would check and make sure they were installed properly. i have seen improperly installed bulbs do weird things.

With the lights, radio, turn off when you press on the brakes , first check by the brake light switch to see if there is any place the wire is pressing against another wire. If it was a short then the radio would still work as the brakelights. To me it sounds like a looses wire, somewhere by the brake pedal switch
