2006 Hyundai Matrix Repair Question

Why has starting problems but cranks and starts late
Hi,when i try to start my car it cranks 1st abt 3 seconds before starting,the mechanic have checked n said e battery is good,starter is good and claims that e fuel relay is spoilt but the problem still persist,i have also changed battery n workshop to get better opinion,its taking a toll on me financially,

Check fuel pump pressure and check pressure drop off. Make sure the pressure is held for a while before it starts to drop.
