Which one is my catalytic converter
I need my catalytic converter replaced but they show two converters 1 is a manifold and 2nd one is a rear converter which one is the right one

What are you trying to ask?The one on the manifold is your pre or pup cat.Which one is bad?

gm dealer scanned car and got p0420 code catalyst low efficiency bank 1 recommended converter replacement so i dont really know which one to replace

That would be the rear cat not the manifold one.
