2006 Hummer H3 Repair Question

Hi there. I have a 2006 hummer h3. I don't know if it need spark plugs or maybe a complete tuneup but when pausing in traffic it seems to slow down in idiling as if it wants to cutt off.
It kinda slows down in idiling when stopped in traffic

With 11K miles, it shouldn't need anything. However, if that should be 112,000 miles, check for vacuum leaks and check the IAC.
