2006 Hummer H2 Repair Question

Hummer H2 Bump Problem
My hummer h3, when turning to the left or right i hear a squeking sound coming from the right front under by the wheel. When going over bumps, etc. this sound gets louder. the sound comes from the drivers right tire.
