J35z1 engine, are either one of the bolts holding the serpentine belt tensioner on made with left handed threads?

I had no problem getting the belt off and now I'm wanting to remove the tensioner but the bolt running through the idler pulley, 17mm head seems to frozen. I believe the torque is only around 55lbs. so it shouldn't take that much force to loosen it off. I just don't want to twist it off inside the block. If anyone knows, I would appreciate a bit of a hint.
