2006 honda pilot drivers side front window gotton broke into today,now the door wont open,Is it because the glass was broken out?

Does it open from the inside? Have you tried using the key instead of the key fob?
Many things could of happened. They could of damaged the linkage/cables controlling the lock actuator, or damaged the wiring going to it. You won't find out until you take off the door panel.

I tried to open the door from the outside with the key ,but it wont open.And the door wont open from the inside either.there is a security sensor on the door skin ,do you think that has something to do with it.

Usually you can manually override it with the key.
